We use a selection of couriers and Royal Mail (International Tracked) to deliver our orders, unless otherwise specified.

All our orders are shipped within 10 business days and should be delivered within 2-3 business days for UK domestic customers and 3-20 business days for international customers.

As a result of Brexit, some orders to the EU will incur extra customs fees. Tracking numbers are provided for international orders and should be checked by the customer regularly while in transit.

Please note that for international customers in non-EU countries there may be customs and import fees, and each country has different customs controls.

Import duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Local laws and rules apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
